CTC – Central Tracker Control
The CTC is the central intelligence of the tracking system. Through its Q.reader main unit, it provides full data acquisition, remote monitoring, and control of all parameters, with browser-based configuration from any device. It offers software-defined features such as location-based tracker control, wind- and snow-safe positioning, and adjustable cleaning modes, with weather sensors integrable via Modbus TCP/RTU.
Wireless Tracker Control
In combination with the RF01 wireless module, the Q.reader forms a robust 2.4 GHz wireless mesh network. This network distributes all relevant commands from the CTC to every Track.bloxx unit. At the same time, it collects operational data from all Track.bloxx devices and transfers it back to the CTC for monitoring and analysis.
Track.bloxx
Track.bloxx receives all control information from the CTC, including location-based tracking commands, wind protection positions, snow-removal positioning, and adjustable cleaning modes. Based on these commands, the unit moves the PV array into the required position. It continuously sends operational and status data back to the Wireless Tracker Control system to ensure precise and reliable tracking performance.

Secure and reliable data transmission is ensured through encrypted 2.4 GHz mesh wireless communication or RS485 connections with encryption, depending on the system design and application needs.
Track.bloxx Installation
Track.bloxx integrates seamlessly into the substructure of any photovoltaic system. Each unit is designed for quick, secure mounting, ensuring long-term stability even under demanding environmental conditions. The Track.bloxx connects directly to the DC string of the PV modules via MC4 connectors or to a standard 230 V AC power supply, providing reliable energy for precise solar tracking. The system interfaces effortlessly with the tracker’s actuator, enabling smooth and intelligent movement throughout the day.
Smart App Integration
Our intuitive app offers a streamlined setup and full transparency during commissioning. Users simply select their PV system and pair each tracker with its Track.bloxx unit by scanning the integrated DataMatrix codes. Guided calibration ensures that angle sensors are aligned with maximum accuracy, while a built-in wireless test verifies stable communication with the WTC or CTC controller. After configuration, all data is uploaded directly to the online portal, giving operators immediate access to system status, performance metrics, and long-term insights.
